About the role
TL;DR
Manage field and event marketing strategy and execution for two business lines.
- •The Field and Event Marketing Manager will build and execute field marketing and events for Handshake's Careers business and Handshake AI.
- •You will own end-to-end strategy and execution for marquee experiences to build pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate deal cycles.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of field, event, and marketing campaigns across both business lines.
- •Own project plans for the entire lifecycle of an event, documenting and tracking with attention to detail.
- •Partner deeply with Sales leaders to identify where events can build and accelerate enterprise pipeline.
- •Measure and report on field program ROI, including attendee feedback, pipeline influence, and deal acceleration.
- •Travel as needed for events (roughly monthly).
- •Requirements 4+ years of field marketing and/or events experience.
- •Experience executing multi-format programs: conferences, workshops, dinners, or webinars.
- •Strong project management skills and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams under deadline.
- •Actively uses AI tools to work smarter.
