- •The Senior Implementation Specialist supports the configuration, implementation, and testing of insurance products within internal systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance product implementations.
- •Partner with Product Managers, Actuaries, Compliance, and Engineering to translate product specifications into system requirements.
- •Configure and support the implementation of insurance products within internal systems.
- •Review product configuration, rating algorithms, and rate tables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- •Develop, execute, and document test cases for system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Information Systems, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in insurance product implementation, business analysis, system configuration, or a related field.
- •Foundational understanding of insurance policy forms, endorsements, and regulatory filings.
