- •Lead end-to-end design projects, collaborating with customers, engineering, and other teams.
- •Set the bar for craft and ritual, strengthening critique culture and the design-centric approach.
- •Requirements A portfolio showcasing design solutions in relevant or related product areas. 10+ years of experience designing dense B2B software, especially workflow-heavy products.
- •Comfort with Figma, Notion, and Linear, or similar tooling.
- •High tolerance for ambiguity and a proactive approach to improving processes.
- •Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions.
