Ensure customer success from sales pitch to full-scale adoption as a Product Specialist.
- •As a Product Specialist, you will bridge our vision and the engineers who use it, ensuring customer success from sales pitch to full-scale adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner in the pitch with the GTM team to showcase Endra's capabilities.
- •Lead pre-kick-off sessions to align on goals and configure the platform perfectly for customer needs.
- •Conduct deep-dive training sessions and demos for super users to empower them as champions within their domains.
- •Collaborate with product engineers to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- •Provide sustained support and consultation to ensure long-term customer success.
- •Requirements Strong understanding of end-to-end MEP workflows. 5+ years of MEP engineering experience in a top-tier firm.
- •Expert-level proficiency in Revit for large complex MEP systems.
- •Deep ownership and a no-bullshit mentality.
