TL;DR
Ensures reliability and performance of AI infrastructure through proactive issue detection and resolution.
- •Crusoe's Production Engineering team ensures the reliability and performance of their AI infrastructure.
- •This role focuses on detecting, analyzing, and preventing issues to maintain high Service Level Agreements through automation and proactive remediation.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate on capacity planning and network growth plans.
- •Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- •Manage network hardware failures and RMA processes.
- •Troubleshoot Layer 1 issues in the optical network.
- •Identify recurring network issues and lead operational excellence projects.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional production engineering experience.
- •Experience contributing to architecture and design of systems.
- •Solid understanding of infrastructure design and operational trade-offs.
- •Experience writing high-quality code in Python, Go, or similar.
- •Experience with modern infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform.
