Senior Manager, Utility Contracts

Manage utility infrastructure agreements for data center campuses, from negotiation to ongoing obligation management.
- •As Senior Manager, Utility Contracts, you will own the full lifecycle of Crusoe's utility infrastructure agreements, from negotiating new agreements to managing obligations under executed agreements across our data center portfolio.
- •You will be the central point of contact for all utility-related contractual matters.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the negotiation of utility infrastructure agreements for new and existing data center campuses.
- •Own the responsibility matrix for each project's agreement stack, tracking all obligations and deadlines.
- •Serve as the authority on utility requirements and translate them into actionable requirements for engineering and operations teams.
- •Manage the contractual side of customer-build programs and coordinate with project and construction teams.
- •Act as the connective tissue between various internal teams and utility counterparties on all matters touching utility agreements.
- •Requirements 8+ years in the electric utility sector, or negotiating and managing utility agreements on behalf of large customers or developers.
- •Strong working command of utility tariffs, end-user connection requirements, and reliability obligations.
- •Hands-on familiarity with the engineering, procurement, and construction lifecycle.
- •Demonstrated success negotiating complex infrastructure agreements with utility counterparties.
- •Exceptional organization and attention to detail with a rigorous approach to contract management.
