- •Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director of Construction to lead the delivery of hyperscale AI data center campuses.
- •This role involves setting strategy, managing budgets and schedules, and building the construction organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy and operating model for construction delivery across a defined geography or major program.
- •Lead a portfolio of complex, hyperscale AI Data Center construction programs, accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery.
- •Build, mentor, and lead a team of construction management professionals and specialists.
- •Partner with Executive leadership on workforce strategy, capital priorities, and succession planning.
- •Requirements 15+ years of experience in construction management of mission-critical projects, including hyperscale data centers.
- •Proven track record of managing and delivering large-budget project portfolios on time and on budget.
- •Experience building and leading construction management teams and developing managers within them.
- •High EQ and strong people leadership instincts.
