TL;DR
Manage complex product development programs for AI-owned capabilities at Cribl.
- •Join Cribl, the AI Platform for Telemetry, and help bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality.
- •As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will manage complex product development programs and ensure operational readiness for AI-owned capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate on the engineering organization's pivot to an agent-first SDLC.
- •Manage cross-system integration and interoperability of the org-wide AI workflow.
- •Partner with AI Engineering to ensure operational readiness for AI-owned capabilities.
- •Provide leadership for development initiatives and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives.
- •Drive Technical Program Management best practices and develop best-of-class software development processes.
- •Requirements 5+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager.
- •Machine learning experience in applied settings.
- •Working knowledge of Agentic AI.
- •Experience designing workflows where AI accelerates execution without compromising system quality.
- •Excellent verbal and written skills.
