- •This role focuses on high-volume accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- •Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, POs, and receiving documents.
- •Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- •Prepare and process weekly payment runs and support month-end closing.
- •Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and internal controls.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume AP environment.
- •Experience with Ramp for AP, expense management, and corporate cards.
- •Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and Vlookup/Xlookup.
- •Experience with ERP systems (Quickbooks online, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
