- •You will translate customer feedback and usage data into product requirements and conduct competitive market analysis.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead product design and requirements across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- •Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for product adoption and usage.
- •Act as a subject matter expert for customer escalations and drive issues to resolution.
- •Translate customer feedback and usage data into clear product requirements.
- •Conduct competitive market analysis and assess product's competitive position.
- •Requirements 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements through to delivery.
- •Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience building or using dashboards/reporting tools.
- •A track record of resolving complex customer issues.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
