Chief of Staff to translate high-level vision into operational reality.
- •As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the Co-Founder to translate high-level vision into operational reality.
- •You will sit at the intersection of Growth, Strategy, Finance, and Operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact projects from conception to completion.
- •Act as the primary engine behind investor relations and future funding rounds.
- •Build the repeatable processes, meeting cadences, and communication loops that allow Cortea to scale.
- •Act as a proxy for the founders in internal and external meetings.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in high-velocity environments.
- •Strategic Operator with deep understanding of P&L management and financial modeling.
- •Exceptional Communicator with fluency in English and German.
- •High Agency and comfort with ambiguity.
