About the role
TL;DR
Develop AI products for auditing standards and review workflows.
- •As an AI Product Manager, you'll work on products in our AI audit toolbox alongside engineers, designers, auditors and our founders.
- •You'll spend your time understanding what auditors need, helping shape what we build next, and making sure we ship things that actually solve real problems.
- •Key Responsibilities Contribute to the discovery, definition, and delivery of products in our AI toolbox Talk to customers weekly to uncover pain points and validate solutions Prototype with AI tools (Cursor, Anthropic API, etc.) to test ideas in hours, instead of weeks Work tightly with engineering and design throughout the build cycle Help us understand the messy reality of AI capabilities (and limits) and turn that into product decisions: what's worth building, what's not yet ready, where humans stay in the loop Bring structure to the problem space: clear writing, sharp questions, useful PRDs Requirements 4-7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a product role Shipped B2B SaaS products that real customers pay for and use AI-native in how you work: you use LLMs, agents, and AI tooling daily and have strong intuition for what they can and can't do today Shipped at least one AI-powered feature or product and understand the unique product challenges (evals, latency, hallucinations, trust, UX of probabilistic systems) Go deep into context to truly understand user problems Comfortable in early-stage startup chaos.
