TL;DR
Build and own Scale's AI Cybersecurity product portfolio, defining strategy and standards for AI security capabilities.
- •Scale is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to build and own its Cybersecurity portfolio, focusing on data, environments, and evaluations for training and measuring security capabilities in AI models.
- •This is a foundational role where you will define the strategy and standards for a new product line.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio, including training data, RL environments, agentic task suites, and evaluation products.
- •Define the capability map for AI security, covering vulnerability discovery, proof-of-concept reproduction, patch generation, secure code review, and more.
- •Drive the infrastructure roadmap for reproducible vulnerability images, fuzzing toolchains, sandboxed execution, and automated verification.
- •Establish governance for data quality, contamination prevention, reproducibility, and release management.
- •Partner with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specifications, grader design, and verifiable rewards.
- •Requirements 5+ years in product management, technical program management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles, with a strong cybersecurity background.
- •Experience in vulnerability research, fuzzing, exploit development, malware analysis, red teaming, or incident response.
- •Familiarity with the AI-for-security evaluation landscape and its limitations.
- •Sufficient software engineering depth to understand code and reason about runtime behavior.
- •Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
