- •This is a hands-on role for an individual contributor who combines problem-solving, customer leadership, and AI fluency.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for customers.
- •Map customer workflows and pain points to CommodityAI's AI agent platform.
- •Define data models, business rules, and agentic steps.
- •Lead customer kickoffs, working sessions, and training.
- •Translate deployment learnings into product feedback.
- •Requirements 1-5 years of experience in deployment, implementation, consulting, or operations.
- •Demonstrated ownership of complex implementations.
- •Strong project management skills.
- •Daily fluency with AI tools like Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
- •Experience building/prototyping AI workflows.
