- •Collibra's Finance team is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to own P&E and G&A category spend, manage the full vendor lifecycle, and ensure operational excellence across purchase order management, invoice processing, and compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage category spend across G&A, product, and engineering functions.
- •Oversee the full vendor lifecycle, including intake, review, redlining, and renewal.
- •Validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and manage exceptions for timely payment processing.
- •Administer the corporate purchasing card program and ensure policy compliance.
- •Collaborate with P&E, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities teams.
- •Requirements 4-7 years of related procurement operations or procurement support experience.
- •Experience managing vendor relationships and contract lifecycle processes.
- •Solid understanding of procure-to-pay processes.
- •Familiarity with P-Card program administration and spend compliance.
- •Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to solve business challenges.
