- •The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Quality Control, and Safety within the organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals across all functional areas.
- •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure financial health and accountability.
- •Develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
