- •Coastal Community Bank is seeking a Financial Operations Program Manager to support and scale its Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) ecosystem.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring new products and fintech partnerships launch with robust operational processes and controls for accurate reconciliation.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and optimize partner funds flows and operational controls.
- •Develop reconciliation processes to minimize manual intervention through automation.
- •Lead investigations and resolutions for complex financial and operational issues.
- •Analyze financial operations data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to design scalable operational solutions.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial operations.
- •Strong understanding of banking operations, payment systems, and funds flows.
- •Experience designing and implementing reconciliation processes and financial control frameworks.
- •Proficiency in analyzing large transactional datasets using SQL and modern data platforms.
- •Experience designing automation and technology-enabled process improvements.
