About the role
TL;DR
Coordinate wholesale operations, manage documentation, and ensure smooth transactions.
- •We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Coordinator to support Clutch's Canadian wholesale operation.
- •In this role, you'll own the day-to-day administration of wholesale, dealer, and export transactions
- •from confirming vehicle availability to ensuring clean documentation and smooth pickups.
- •You'll be a key operational link between our internal teams, dealer partners, and auction platforms.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage titles and ownerships end-to-end.
- •Own the BOS and dealer deal close-out process.
- •Maintain the wholesale margin tracker.
- •Coordinate lane audits.
- •Administer wholesale plates, insurance, and equipment.
- •Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- •Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- •Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
- •Experience with data management tools (Airtable or similar) is an asset.
- •Automotive or wholesale industry experience is a plus, but not required.
