- •Clutch is scaling fast, and we're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help lead that growth from the ground up.
- •You'll join at a pivotal moment; new production lines coming online, major capital projects underway, and ambitious production targets ahead.
- •You'll be the person who makes sure it all comes together.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the integrated program plan across concurrent capex projects, opex initiatives, and production ramp targets.
- •Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and resourcing conflicts before they become firefights.
- •Drive tradeoff conversations to resolution with functional leads across Production, Engineering, Facilities, Parts/Supply Chain, and other teams.
- •Build and maintain a resourcing view alongside the timeline.
- •Use real production data to build recovery plans when a program slips.
- •Requirements 3+ years in technical program management, engineering program leadership, or a closely related role in a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial operations environment.
- •Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, multi-workstream programs where capital projects, operational changes, and production targets intersected.
- •Strong technical and engineering fluency, with the ability to challenge assumptions.
- •Track record of driving cross-functional teams toward decisions under real-time pressure.
- •Experience building or maintaining integrated planning tools such as Linear, Wrike, or similar platforms.
