About the role
TL;DR
Define multi-year strategy for ClickHouse Cloud platform and lead product direction.
- •As Director of Product Management, you'll define the multi-year strategy for the ClickHouse Cloud platform, leading product direction for foundational cloud capabilities.
- •You will work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure ClickHouse Cloud continues to scale with customer needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
- •Partner closely with Engineering leadership to prioritize investments across the core database engine, storage layer, and query execution framework.
- •Coach and mentor Product Managers across adjacent platform areas.
- •Partner with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to deliver compelling product launches.
- •Balance long-term platform investments with near-term customer commitments and business priorities.
- •Requirements 10+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience defining strategy for cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, or database products.
- •Demonstrated ability to influence product direction across multiple engineering teams.
- •Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern data infrastructure.
- •Comfortable working at both strategic and technical levels, partnering closely with senior engineering leaders.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
