Leads product strategy and execution for Tekion's Service portfolio, focusing on AI-native solutions.
- •Tekion is seeking a Director, Product Management to lead cross-functional teams in defining and executing product strategies for its Service (Fixed Ops) product portfolio.
- •This role will oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on AI-native agents and intelligent workflows to drive measurable value and company growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Service portfolio.
- •Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- •Define and ship AI-native products and agents, partnering with Data Science and Engineering.
- •Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market effectively.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in product management with a track record of success. 3+ years of experience in leading and managing a large product team.
- •Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered products and shipping trustworthy AI into production.
- •Strong commercial and business instincts, comfort with pricing, packaging, and business cases.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
