Senior consultant for digital transformation, focusing on Order-to-Cash processes.
- •This is a senior consulting engagement embedded within a large-scale digital transformation program for a supply chain client in the manufacturing sector.
- •You'll serve as an SME bridging business stakeholders and technology teams, driving clarity on Order-to-Cash processes from requirements through implementation.
- •The work is high-visibility, with direct collaboration with Global Process Owners and executive leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements.
- •Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.
- •Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
- •SME-level, hands-on expertise with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in manufacturing environments.
- •Proven end-to-end enterprise ERP implementation experience (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms are all welcome).
