Lead end-to-end AI platform implementations and shape product roadmap as a Senior Agent Product Manager.
- •Clera is a fast-growing, Series A AI-native platform for financial services, automating complex customer operations.
- •As a Senior Agent Product Manager, you will be the critical bridge between customers and the product, leading end-to-end implementations and shaping the product roadmap.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects for AI platform integration into enterprise customer operations.
- •Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery and scoping through integration and continuous improvement.
- •Serve as the primary technical interface during pre-sales, supporting POCs and due diligence.
- •Collaborate with internal AI, Engineering, and Sales teams as the "voice of the customer." Build scalable onboarding and implementation processes and manage project risks related to AI deployment.
- •Requirements 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations.
- •Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design.
- •Proven track record of owning and delivering complex technical projects end-to-end.
- •Experience conducting deep-dive discovery and gathering complex business and technical requirements.
- •Proficiency with analytical tools, SQL, or data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).
