- •You will be the implementation counterpart to GTM Engineers, ensuring successful customer activation and engagement with a sophisticated client base.
- •Key Responsibilities Own customer-facing workflows requiring human interaction to build trust and drive progress.
- •Act as the human-in-the-loop for customer segments including data suppliers, AI labs, and enterprise buyers.
- •Resolve contract, onboarding, and platform issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- •Identify and address recurring customer feedback to improve processes and platform features.
- •Develop lightweight systems and tools to streamline operations and enhance problem resolution.
- •Requirements Experience managing customer operations systems and processes for activation and engagement.
- •Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues by cross-functional coordination.
- •Experience building tools or systems to streamline operational workflows.
- •Direct customer engagement experience with a focus on building trust and advancing issues.
- •Analytical mindset to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
- •Comfort managing multiple concurrent operational tasks.
- •Demonstrated use of AI tools for productivity enhancement.
