- •not a senior hire executing a predetermined roadmap.
- •As an equal co-founder and CTO, you will own the research agenda, shape the product vision, and build the technical team at an early-stage AI video advertising platform with real traction, a running flywheel, and several consequential technical decisions still deliberately open for you to make.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the company's core research agenda and long-term technical strategy.
- •Own product direction end-to-end, from architecture through to user-facing features.
- •Build and lead the engineering team as the company scales.
- •Collaborate as an equal co-founder on overall company direction, culture, and strategy.
- •Requirements 4–16 years of experience in technical roles, with demonstrated leadership at a senior or founding level.
- •Exceptional engineering ability and comfort operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.
- •Background in AI, machine learning, or generative video/media systems is highly relevant.
- •Thrives in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where key decisions remain open by design.
- •Able to commit fully (full-time, 6–7 days per week) and work in person in San Francisco.
