- •Clasp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the candidate and recruiter experience within Clasp Talent, a platform that helps healthcare students find jobs with student loan repayment and provides employers with tools to build clinical pipelines.
- •You will manage a two-sided product, focusing on candidate activation, conversion, and retention, as well as employer platform depth and workflow efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive activation, conversion, and retention across the entire applicant journey.
- •Own the platform experience for healthcare employers to source, screen, and place candidates.
- •Build features that enhance the network effect between students and employers.
- •Deeply understand user needs through direct interaction with students and recruiters.
- •Partner with marketing and partner success teams to optimize user acquisition and platform adoption.
- •Requirements 4+ years in product management with experience in consumer growth, onboarding, activation, or two-sided marketplaces.
- •Strong understanding of funnel mechanics, conversion optimization, experimentation, and instrumentation.
- •Experience with two-sided products or a strong instinct for balancing competing user needs.
- •Proven track record of customer obsession and translating user feedback into product decisions.
- •Comfort with funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and experiment design.
