Deploy and optimize AI SRE Teammate for enterprise customers, solving production bottlenecks and influencing product direction.
- •Operate at the edge of innovation, solving mission-critical customer problems, shaping product direction, and deploying AI capabilities where they matter most.
- •This role involves deep engineering, real-world customer impact, and fast-moving environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Implement and optimize AI SRE Teammate for customer needs in production/pre-production.
- •Proactively monitor customer deployments and uncover reliability issues using Ciroos.
- •Lead enterprise migrations, integrating Ciroos with customer operational stacks.
- •Design and ship AI-powered investigation and remediation workflows.
- •Own customer implementations end-to-end, from discovery to post-launch stabilization.
- •Requirements Deep empathy for customers in operational roles (SREs, ITOps, DevOps). 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar operational roles, with technical leadership.
- •Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- •Solid understanding of Kubernetes, IaC tools, and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Generative AI/ML concepts.
- •Strong hands-on experience with observability tools, ITSM/ticketing systems, and incident management.
