About the role
TL;DR
Deploy, configure, and support enterprise customers using the Ciroos platform.
- •As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will deploy, configure, and support enterprise customers using the Ciroos platform.
- •This hybrid role involves customer implementation, production support, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with Engineering.
- •Key Responsibilities Own customer escalations end-to-end, managing the support queue and driving investigations.
- •Troubleshoot complex production issues by analyzing logs, traces, and telemetry.
- •Deploy and configure the Ciroos AI SRE Teammate in customer environments.
- •Design and optimize alert normalization and correlation policies.
- •Build and maintain integrations across customer ecosystems.
- •Requirements 3-6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or Technical Support.
- •Strong troubleshooting and engineering mindset with scripting/coding ability (Python, Go, or Java).
- •Solid experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, observability platforms).
- •Hands-on expertise in integrations and automation (REST APIs, webhooks, ITSM platforms).
- •Excellent documentation and collaboration skills.
