- •Checkr is looking for a Staff Product Designer to join their Growth team.
- •This role will focus on driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through a product-led, self-serve approach.
- •Key Responsibilities Define roadmap, vision, and lead design for the Growth team.
- •Own design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization.
- •Leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences.
- •Design growth systems, experiments, and new product features.
- •Champion designs that deliver a seamless experience for SMB users.
- •Requirements Portfolio showcasing high-quality work impacting project success. 7+ years of professional design experience, including 4 years on Growth teams or in e-commerce/merchandising.
- •Experience with onboarding & merchandising surfaces and iterative experimentation (A/B testing).
- •Comfortable identifying and conducting UX research independently.
- •Ability to balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs in fast-paced environments.
