About the role
TL;DR
Senior Salesforce Engineer to build and maintain high-performance solutions and integrations.
- •As our next Senior Engineer (Salesforce), you'll play a key role in helping us build the UK's go-to home improvement marketplace.
- •You'll sit within our Enterprise Engineering team, who own not only our Salesforce org and critical workflows therein, but the way Salesforce plugs into the rest of our wider stack.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build and maintain high-performance solutions across Apex, LWC and advanced declarative features, across primarily Sales and Service clouds.
- •Using AI coding tools with confidence, to move faster without cutting corners on quality.
- •Architect secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and other core services, including inbound/outbound REST APIs and platform event-driven workflows.
- •Own and improve deployment pipelines spanning Salesforce and other services.
- •Champion code quality across the team: write thorough tests, run solid code reviews, and help others get the best out of AI-assisted development.
- •Requirements Solid, hands-on professional software engineering experience, including strong Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce DevOps.
- •A track record of writing clean, asynchronous Apex (triggers, batch, queueable), responsive LWC components and complex Flows, backed by solid general engineering skills beyond the platform.
- •A genuine handle on AI-driven coding methods.
- •Hands-on experience with enterprise integration patterns and managing CI/CD pipelines.
