Associate Buyer responsible for procurement, contract management, and supplier relations.
- •Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking an Associate Buyer to join their Supply Chain Team.
- •This role will support procurement needs through contract data management, reporting, and integrity, including light negotiations, PO issuance, invoice resolution, order management, and data analytics.
- •Key Responsibilities Create error-free purchase orders for various materials and services.
- •Review and negotiate standard contract terms, coordinating with legal counsel.
- •Identify best-value suppliers by issuing RFQs and analyzing responses.
- •Set up terms and accounts for new suppliers and onboard them into CFS systems.
- •Manage open orders to ensure on-time and on-quality product delivery.
- •Requirements High School Diploma. 0-2 years of experience in Procurement or a related role.
- •Experience with Google Workspace.
- •Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- •Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
