About the role
TL;DR
Lead the JETSET Training Academy and oversee lead instructors.
- •JETSET Pilates is seeking a Training Manager to lead the JETSET Training Academy and oversee up to 25 lead instructors.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead 2-4 training sessions per month.
- •Oversee up to 25 studios within a designated region.
- •Collaborate with the product development team to create engaging workshops.
- •Maintain accurate records of training sessions and instructor evaluations.
- •Support the VP with the new studio opening instructor audition process.
- •Requirements NASM/AFAA certification preferred.
- •Boutique group fitness teaching experience, preferably in Pilates.
- •Previous administrative and operational experience preferred.
