Manage product and technical initiatives, improve processes, and enable effective Product & Tech organization.
- •Modern Health is seeking a Program Manager to support its Product & Tech organization in planning, executing, and shipping initiatives.
- •This role will bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous projects across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Program-manage product and technical initiatives from scoping through launch and post-launch follow-through.
- •Build and maintain project plans, track dependencies, risks, and issues to keep initiatives on predictable timelines.
- •Translate business requests into clear, actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
- •Support Product & Tech operating rhythms, including quarterly planning, goal setting, and roadmap reviews.
- •Strengthen feedback loops and improve alignment between Product & Tech teams and cross-functional counterparts.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- •Strong program management fundamentals including planning, sequencing, milestone and dependency tracking, and risk management.
- •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide proactive visibility and capture decisions.
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward action, with the ability to ask sharp questions and propose solutions.
- •Familiarity with product development lifecycles, integrations, APIs, and data.
