Drive Celonis adoption within Oracle accounts through strategic sales and solution expertise.
- •Celonis is seeking a Strategic Solutions Director focused on the Oracle ecosystem to drive pipeline creation, new-logo acquisition, and revenue growth through joint engagement with Oracle's applications sales teams.
- •This role involves owning the Celonis transformation narrative for Oracle accounts and acting as the face of Celonis within Oracle's regional sales motion.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts, connecting Process Intelligence to Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, and Oracle Fusion AI use cases.
- •Lead executive-level solution conversations with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts.
- •Drive joint plays such as Oracle EBS-to-Fusion modernization and Process Intelligence on OCI deployments.
- •Generate net-new pipeline and revenue for Celonis through Oracle partnership-led sales motions.
- •Build and maintain relationships with Oracle field counterparts in the territory.
- •Requirements 8+ years in enterprise software sales, alliance and co-sell, value engineering, solution-led GTM, or enterprise consulting roles.
- •Direct experience in or with the Oracle ecosystem (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, OCI, etc.).
- •Deep solution credibility and ability to own the transformation narrative with customer executives.
- •Strong understanding of ERP modernization, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
- •Demonstrated experience in formal co-sell or partner-led GTM motions.
