- •Drive the delivery of high-quality mobile experiences for consumer fintech and marketplace products.
- •Execute Mudflap's mobile engineering strategy, shaping architecture, platform direction, and technical standards.
- •Own our mobile architecture strategy, making thoughtful decisions across native, cross-platform, and hybrid approaches.
- •Champion engineering excellence by driving best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and AI-assisted development.
- •Requirements 5+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing mobile engineering teams.
- •Strong mobile engineering background with deep experience across native and cross-platform frameworks.
- •Experience defining and evolving mobile architecture at scale.
- •Background building consumer mobile products, ideally in fintech or marketplaces.
- •Proven success scaling engineering organizations through periods of technical and organizational change.
