- •Sierra is seeking an Operations Manager to build and optimize operational processes for their Product & Engineering teams.
- •This role will drive clarity and velocity by owning planning cycles, roadmap workflows, and cross-functional initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Run the operating cadence for Product & Engineering, including planning cycles and roadmap workflows.
- •Design and optimize key processes like product reviews, retrospectives, and team syncs.
- •Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Eng, Design, Legal, Sales, and Ops.
- •Analyze operational data to identify friction points and implement systems for improvement.
- •Requirements 6-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management.
- •Proven track record building and scaling operational processes from scratch.
- •Highly organized and methodical with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
- •Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- •Experience partnering closely with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
