- •Key Responsibilities Drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives end to end across the company Build the operational, financial, and analytical infrastructure that lets the company scale
- •planning, metrics, systems, and reporting Own special projects wherever they're needed, from fundraising and finance support to internal operations and vendor management Bring structure, data, and clear thinking to the company's most important decisions Take whole problems off the founders' plates and own them to resolution Requirements Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or an early-stage founder or operator role Exceptional analytical and structured-thinking skills, and comfort with ambiguous, open-ended problems A strong bias to action and a track record of owning and delivering complex projects Excellent communication and the ability to work across every function of a company High autonomy and sound judgment operating without a playbook
