- •Cato Networks is seeking a highly technical, customer-focused Manager, Strategic Customer Success
- •AI Security to build and scale their AI Security Customer Success practice and lead strategic customer engagements across the Americas.
- •This role is pivotal in defining how Cato delivers customer outcomes for its AI Security portfolio.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and scale the AI Security Customer Success practice across the Americas.
- •Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a team of AI Security Customer Success Managers.
- •Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy for AI Security.
- •Drive Executive Business Reviews and strategic account planning for Fortune 500 customers.
- •Partner closely with Sales to execute a land-and-expand strategy.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related customer-facing technical role. 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams.
- •Strong technical background in Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud/SASE, AI Security, or AI-driven platforms.
- •Proven ability to manage strategic enterprise customer relationships and executive stakeholders.
- •Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills.
