- •The Team You’ll Work With The GTM Strategy & Operations team partners with Sales & Marketing leaders to drive Carta’s revenue strategy and best-in-class execution.
- •This role is a critical hire for the AMEA (APAC, Middle East, and Africa) team, supporting a region to scale across private markets ecosystem.
- •You will be the operational backbone for our AMEA GTM leaders, working closely with an expanding team of Sales and Marketing partners.
- •You will also serve as the primary strategic bridge between regional requirements and our Global RevOps teams to build a world-class international operating model.
- •The Problems You’ll Solve As a GTM Strategy & Ops Associate, you will own the operational roadmap for the AMEA region, using process, systems, and data as levers to accelerate productivity.
- •You will solve complex problems as we move into different asset classes and complex sales motions.
- •Strategic Territory & Execution: Own AMEA territory planning, account segmentation, and Book of Business assignments to ensure equitable coverage and maximum sales velocity.
- •Data & Analytics Foundation: Own business requirements for regional reporting.
- •Create and maintain BI dashboards that proactively identify risks and opportunities in the AMEA pipeline and customer retention.
- •Process Architect: Design and implement "Lead-to-Cash" workflows for new asset classes and complex GTM motions (e.g., ERP integrations).
- •Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for tool releases and system improvements.
- •Global Bridge: Collaborate with US RevOps, Systems and Data teams to ensure the AMEA roadmap is codified within global data architecture.
- •Localize global policies while ensuring regional nuances (multi-currency, local regulations) are supported.
- •Tech Stack Management: Manage and optimize regional tools (SFDC, LeanData, Outreach, Chorus, Marketo etc.) to drive automation and ensure data hygiene.
- •Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to AMEA GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights for QBRs, board materials, and executive analyses.
- •About You The ideal candidate is a proactive, mid-level operator who thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments and is comfortable balancing high-level strategy with "hands-on" systems execution.
- •Experience: 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- •Experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity or related Private Capital Markets is encouraged.
- •Analytical Power: Highly proficient in SQL and BI tools (Metabase).
- •You know how to translate complex data into meaningful insights for executive leadership.
- •Systems Expert: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC).
- •Familiarity with the GTM tech stack (e.g., LeanData, Outreach, Marketo, SQL, GSuite).
- •Owner Mentality: You take pride in building from the ground up.
- •You are a self-starter who can operate independently while influencing cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- •Global Perspective: Experience or interest in international markets; ability to navigate and communicate effectively across time zones and diverse regional requirements.
- •Structured Thinker: Exceptional ability to frame business questions with data and implement actionable process improvements.
