- •As a Team Lead in Gutachten-Prüfung (m/w/d) at CarOnSale, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the quality of vehicle reports, auctions, and data processes.
- •You will combine your automotive expertise with your understanding of quality processes to meet customer and partner expectations.
- •Key Responsibilities Ensure team goals and KPIs are met regarding accuracy, efficiency, and timelines.
- •Review team's work for quality and standard compliance.
- •Lead the team in daily operations and provide technical guidance for complex tasks.
- •Oversee and improve processes, taking ownership of problem resolution.
- •Drive process development within the OKR framework.
- •Create work plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure structured workflows.
- •Communicate regularly with the team, sharing updates, best practices, and feedback.
- •Requirements Completed vocational training or professional experience in the automotive sector (e.g., mechanic, mechatronics, automotive trade), or strong private interest in vehicles and willingness to learn.
- •High ownership mentality and ability to think cross-functionally.
- •Experience in team leadership or a comparable management position, ideally in a technical or quality assurance environment.
- •Experience in quality assurance, ideally in the automotive or auction sector.
- •Ability to motivate and develop team members and set clear goals.
- •High degree of independence and reliability in process management.
- •Confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
- •Proficiency with office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- •Very good German (min.
