Coordinates clinical support and leadership for Complex Mental Health programs.
- •The Clinical Support Coordinator provides advanced clinical support to the interdisciplinary team and leadership support to Directors of Care in day-to-day operations for Complex Mental Health programs.
- •This role enhances the delivery of quality services by supporting clinical standards, evidence-informed practices, and quality improvement initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as a clinical resource, mentor, educator, and consultant for complex mental health situations.
- •Support the implementation and evaluation of clinical initiatives and quality improvement activities.
- •Promote trauma-informed care, harm reduction principles, and psychosocial rehabilitation approaches.
- •Support staff development and clinical excellence within the team.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- •Active registration with CARNA.
- •Advanced knowledge of mental health nursing, addictions, concurrent disorders, and behavioural support. 3 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience. 2 to 3 years leadership experience preferred.
