- •We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager with crypto domain expertise to ensure our products are fully supported by robust operations.
- •This role acts as the operational bridge between business and centralized back-office, customer support, and payments teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate between business and centralized back-office, customer support, and payments teams.
- •Drive operational readiness for new products, markets, and jurisdictions.
- •Design, document, and standardize operating processes for centralized teams.
- •Identify and drive automation opportunities using workflow automation and AI-assisted tooling.
- •Track and report operational metrics for back-office functions.
- •Requirements 5+ years in operations within regulated financial services, fintech, brokerage, payments, or crypto.
- •Proven project and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience in process design and business process management.
- •AI-native mindset with experience using LLM/AI-assisted tools.
- •Expert-level knowledge of support and CRM systems, particularly Zendesk.
