Administers and supports endpoint systems, including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- •The Endpoint Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, deployment, security, and lifecycle management of the college’s endpoint systems infrastructure.
- •This role supports a variety of devices including Windows, macOS, and Apple iPads.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage mobile device management and endpoint management platforms.
- •Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and application software.
- •Administer printer servers and print management services.
- •Write, test, and document PowerShell and Linux scripts.
- •Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for endpoint systems.
- •Requirements 3 years of systems experience in a Microsoft server and desktop environment.
- •Hands-on experience with mobile device management and endpoint management tools.
- •Strong PowerShell and Linux scripting skills are required.
- •Strong printer server administration experience required.
- •Associate's degree in a related field or appropriate certifications with technical training.
