- •Key Responsibilities Hire, develop, and retain a team of Implementation Managers Own Campfire's implementation methodology end-to-end Partner with Sales on pre-sales scoping and clean handoffs Create a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering Work with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition post go-live Requirements 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP implementation Demonstrated experience leading and managing implementation or solutions teams Hands-on experience implementing accounting or ERP platforms Deep accounting fluency Strong project management instincts Excellent communicator
