- •Requirements 3+ years of hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth, or Experimentation experience.
- •Hypothesis Machine: You can look at a page and immediately identify five things to test.
- •Data-Driven: You're fluent in experimentation metrics and can confidently interpret results and recommend next steps.
- •Strong Communicator: You can present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- •The "Builder" Mentality: You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to shape processes and frameworks from the ground up at an early-stage company.
