TL;DR
Develop and lead the legal function for a fast-growing consumer subscription company.
- •Join Simply as a Legal Counsel to build and lead the legal function from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide pragmatic, business-oriented counsel on commercial, product, and regulatory matters.
- •Lead and implement internal processes to manage and mitigate potential risks.
- •Support strategic corporate activities including M&A, fundraising, and IP initiatives.
- •Requirements 5+ years of post-bar commercial law experience.
- •Experience drafting and negotiating licensing and commercial agreements.
- •Hands-on experience advising on US and international privacy, data security, and compliance matters.
