TL;DR
Produce short and long-form video content, owning the entire production pipeline.
- •Broccoli AI is seeking a Video Producer to be their in-house production team of one.
- •This role will own the entire video production process from conception to completion, creating both short-form and long-form content.
- •Key Responsibilities Produce high-volume short-form content (Reels, TikTok).
- •Create long-form content including YouTube videos and podcast editing.
- •Manage the full production pipeline: shooting, editing, sound, and basic finishing.
- •Travel to capture content at shows, events, and off-site shoots.
- •Organize and maintain a media library of all assets.
- •Requirements Proven experience shooting, editing, and publishing video content.
- •Comfortable owning and troubleshooting own gear, audio, and lighting.
- •Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- •Desire for ownership over a creative pipeline.
- •Willingness to work in-office five days a week.
