TL;DR
Lead Fullstack Developer responsible for a squad, guiding technical direction and development.
- •LegalPlace is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to take technical ownership of a squad of 2-3 developers.
- •You will be the technical reference for your area, guiding the team and contributing to architectural decisions while staying hands-on with code.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and structure development within your squad on LP Pro.
- •Contribute to cross-functional architectural choices with other leads and the CTO.
- •Provide technical support and guidance to your team members.
- •Act as the technical point of contact for the Product Manager.
- •Participate in collective technical decisions and dedicate one day per week to technical improvement.
- •Requirements 6+ years of fullstack JS development experience, with a backend focus.
- •Previous experience as a Tech Lead or informal technical reference.
- •Ability to frame complex subjects and onboard a team.
- •Genuine interest in business problems beyond pure technology.
- •Comfortable working closely with the Product team.
