TL;DR
Lead full-stack engineering for developer experience, owning Console, docs, and SDKs.
- •The Developer Experience (DevX) team at Anthropic is responsible for the surfaces developers interact with daily, including the Console, docs platform, and SDKs/CLI.
- •The goal is to make the Claude Platform easy to adopt, trustworthy, and efficient for developers and coding agents.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive technical direction for the Console and docs platform, setting platform patterns and standards.
- •Own SDKs across seven languages and the CLI, ensuring idiomatic and ergonomic feature integration.
- •Partner with API teams to ensure new platform capabilities are immediately available in SDKs.
- •Drive code generation, testing, and release pipelines for consistency and speed across multiple languages.
- •Requirements Minimum of 8 years of practical full-stack engineering experience, with 2+ years at Staff or equivalent technical leadership level.
- •Proven experience leading the design and delivery of complex, developer-facing products across the full stack.
- •Technical expertise in modern frontend and backend development, with depth in key languages and frameworks like React and TypeScript.
- •Product-focused approach to building robust, scalable, and easy-to-use solutions.
- •Experience in fast-moving, rapidly evolving environments, ideally building products from 0 to 1.
