About the role

TL;DR

Lead project controls across multiple construction projects, ensuring cost and schedule alignment.

  • Crusoe Energy is seeking an experienced Regional Manager, Project Controls to provide leadership and oversight across multiple large-scale construction projects supporting Crusoe’s rapidly growing AI and energy infrastructure platform.
  • This role drives accountability, consistency, and best practices across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.
  • Key Responsibilities Provide area-level leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring alignment to program goals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Drive standardization, consistency, and best practices across cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting.
  • Lead and manage a team of cost managers responsible for monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, pay application review, and client billing submissions.
  • Assess overall cost and schedule health across an area or program, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities early.
  • Develop and communicate clear, actionable financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and Crusoe clients.
  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with area
  • or program-level accountability.
  • Proven leadership of program
  • or area-wide initiatives focused on standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate cost and schedule performance holistically.
